Rinse the sand in RODI water before use to reduce initial cloudiness.
Pour both included bottles (bacteria and nourishment) into 3 liters of saltwater, mix thoroughly, and add to the sand bag.
Leave uncovered for 24 hours at 25–28°C (77–82°F) to allow bacterial multiplication.
After 24 hours, the sand is ready to use.
Add sand gradually (in small amounts daily) while monitoring water parameters.
Note: Do not store in cold environments as it may slow bacterial growth.
