- We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. If you are an international customer contact us and if possible, we will assist.*
- Delivery of hardware and dry goods is through professional courier services.
- Livestock purchases or frozen food will be delivered by our own truck at the next scheduled delivery to your area. In rare cases, should a fish or coral die in store before delivery, we will communicate this to you and the value credited to your store account.
- All orders placed with our shop subject to product availability and will be delivered according to our delivery terms.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Pre-ordered, custom-made or special ordered merchandise might take slightly longer to ship out. In the event of such a delay, our team will contact you and inform you regarding the delay.
- PetStore.ae shall not liable for any loss, damage, and cost or expense suffered or incurred by customer as a result of such late delivery or non-delivery.
- For orders of less than AED 100, there will be an AED 20 delivery fee.
