How do I mix Tropic Marin® Pro-Reef? Always add the salt to the water, never water to the salt. Dissolve approximately 35 ml (37–40 g) per liter of RO/DI water at 23–25°C while circulating. The water is ready once it is completely clear.
Is this salt suitable for fish-only tanks? While it can be used for any marine tank, Pro-Reef is specifically optimized for reefs with high calcium demands. For fish-only systems with higher alkalinity needs, Tropic Marin® Classic may be a more cost-effective choice.
